It's not the kind of thing you expect someone to blurt out at 9 o clock in the morning. She was very worried as she had been experiencing strange things such as hearing voices, seeing things and feeling as though there was someone moving inside of her. She was certain that she was not pregnant because of a medical procedure she had had so she couldn't get pregnant. She thought I would think she was crazy but I told her I didn't think this way and I believed her as I had gone through ‘paranormal’ or ‘supernatural’ things growing up.
I briefly shared with her some of the things went through. By then the little ones were running round and time was ticking. I had planned to be at church at 10am to attend the battalion meeting then go out to evangelise for a bit. I apologised that I couldn't speak with her much at the moment because I needed to sort out the kids. I asked if she would like to come to the church with us as soon as we were ready, so she could speak to a spiritual adviser and receive a prayer, but she declined. I told her I would come back to speak with her later on.
Finally we got to church, 90 minutes late! By then everyone was going out to evangelise and no one was there to watch the kids (we have a rota for someone to look after the children so their parent can evangelise) so I had to take care of them. It was then that I realised I had been thinking about myself and what I wanted to do. Was it really necessary for me to come knowing that I had 5 kids under my responsibility? I rushed to get the kids ready as well as cut short the conversation I had with a lady crying out for help without realising they were the people God wanted me to attend to that day.
