There are people when we see them after such a long time, we are amazed at their transformation. They lost a lot of weight and now look slim and healthy, some people were insecure and fragile but after changing their appearance and how they look themselves, boasted their confidence and are almost unrecognisable.

Then they are those who seemed hopeless, never to achieve anything, today have high flying city jobs, earning a salary one can only dream of. Oh, and not forgetting that friend who always seemed to be jumping in and out of relationships with whoever showed a bit of interest has finally settled down, happily married with beautiful kids. There is a clear distinction to how they were before and how they are now right? It’s wonderful; it’s great, happy for them but what about you? What about me? Is there a clear before and after picture in our lives or is it the same old.

Still pressing towards the same old goals that never seem to be achieved? Still trying to find happiness in your love life but to no avail? Still struggling with the drug, alcohol, cigarette addiction even after so many rehab and therapy sessions? Still, still, still!

Though there is a clear distinction of how I was before to how I am now, there are still other personal goals I want to achieve before this year ends and that is why I will be giving it my all, fighting hard and attending the Before and After event this Good Friday. I invite you who really want to have a positive story to tell, who desire a different life to what you have now and want to see an end to a enduring problem or situation.

The event will be taking please worldwide at the UCKG Help Centre at 3pm on 29th of March 2013 (Good Friday). Visit www.uckg.org for more details.

I am sure the event is gonna rock. We definitely want to make sure we continue to have an "after" every single day. Better, wiser and stronger each day :)
