This morning when I started to think intensively about a particular situation, I started to panic and became anxious.  I started to moan to God  and when I saw I was becoming emotional about it, I decided to walk around my neighbourhood to 'cool off'. As I was walking I started to observe the birds and how they gathered together to eat bread crumbs that someone had scattered for them. Immediately this verse came to mind;

" Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?" Matthew 6:28

At this moment,  the anxiety left. I started to see I allowed myself to look too much at what I don't have rather then looking at what I do have and working with that. When we take our eyes off from our goal and start looking at the circumstances and at other people, we become insecure. Thankfully the word of God set me free and I went back on track.
"And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?" Matthew 6:30
