After a long time away from the gym or an aerobics class, I decided to start exercising properly again three weeks ago. I am not a fan of aerobic classes so I decided to do something different. A friend of mine had started going to aqua aerobics sessions so I decided to join her. It was my first time doing aerobics in a swimming pool but I loved it. Last week I attended an aqua zumba session for the first time and that was even better. I absolutely loved it. Both forms of exercise are fun and really keep me energized. The fact that I dragged myself to a session after a long tiring day shows my commitment to my new hobby and afterwards I felt so light and the tiredness had worn off.

I recommend you all to try aqua zumba, its fun, easy and you will get fit too. It is also a great way to meet new people.
