Lately I have been doing things completely out of my comfort zone and singing Christmas Carols in a clown's costume in the middle of City Centre where I live to raise funds for a youth centre is one of them. I am helping to raise funds on behalf of a youth centre that will be opening in Peckham. The objective of the UCKG Helpcentre in Peckham is to make room for a new youth centre with a recording studio where troubled youths can start to rebuild their self-esteem through music and get their lives back on track.

I have always been relatively shy when it comes to things like this as I don't like causing attention to myself. I am not a gifted singer but I try my best and honestly I only have guts to do this for the love of raising funds for a cause that will benefit so many young people in South London. I have been looked down upon, laughed and mocked at, asked why I am bothering, and a lady even donated money so I would stop singing LOL, but until I reach my target, I will solider on :)

I have raised £149 so far but I have a personal target of at least £300 that I want to reach before 31/12/12. I kindly ask for your help and support by making a donation that wil be very much appreciated. I have a fundraising page where you can make a donation through, if you wish. It is http://uckghelpcentre.org/?pfund_campaign=sibonphiri

Thank you in advance for your support :)
